ACCESS STATEMENT
The approach to East Underdown is via a single track country lane (with passing places) for approximately 1 ¾ miles after leaving the A382. Immediate access is via a five bar wooden gate (3.5 metres wide) which opens onto gravelled drive and parking areas.

Front door entered after two steps each 150mm high. The door itself is 81cm wide and opens onto a hall which is 80cm wide at its narrowest part.
The three ground floor bedrooms have doorways which are 70cm wide.
The doorways into both the en-suite shower room and the separate bathroom are 64cm wide.
